I witnessed her as she represented me in a professional manner at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). While the NCAT Member was sending others away to complete paperwork and so on, the Member had no problems with Linda’s presentation and documentation.


 


It may sound like a good idea to have complete control by managing a property yourself and things may go well for a long time. But if misunderstandings arise, it is then that you realise that unless you have an extensive and up to date knowledge of the tenancy laws and a strong support network, things can go very wrong.”
