Kim Kearns has been part of the Right Choice Real Estate team for over 7 years.
Initially, Kim managed a small portfolio of properties prior to focusing on accounts and administration duties. Kim is responsible to process all rent payments, invoices, disburse creditors and owner payments.
Kim was a finalist in the 2016 Leading Property Managers of Australia Awards for the Excellence in Corporate Support Award. Kim’s strong and clear communication skills, her ability to reduce errors, attention to detail, the immense pride in everything Kim does with clear intention to mitigate the owner’s losses are incomparable. Kim’s open line of communication with landlords and tenants allows them to feel at ease as Kim treats each and every property as if it was her own.
Prior to working in Real Estate Kim worked for 12 years in Sydney as a Settlements Executive for a Global Bank. Kim was responsible for processing billions of dollars of settlements each day for International and Domestic clients. Kim started her working career at McDonalds while completing year 11 & 12, where she progressed to First Assistant Manager.
